Originally from Sables d’Olonne(Vendée), Aurélien Boulineau has acquired a body of solid professional experience by practicing as a lawyer in a number of different law firms.
In 2016, he founded the practice of OCEANIS AVOCATS in La Rochelle(Charente-Maritime) to exercise his abilities to the benefit of his clients in order to reach tailor-made solutions for each case dealt with.

Born in La Rochelle but with strong links with Normandy, Hélène VIEL practised as a lawyer prior to accepting the responsibilities of Director of legal affairs and public order for a territorial collective.
